I have to say, what a nice experience! It's a cheap and comfortable budget hotel. That actually summed up my review. For an in-depth explanation, OYO hotel has several branches, and we chose the branch out from the bustling city of Melaka. Because of that, there was no jam. That being said, it doesn't mean that the hotel is far from tourist attractions. You can get back to the city center in about ten to fifteen minutes by car. As the type of hotel suggests, it's a budget hotel so no meals were prepared, there's convenience stores and a restaurant close by if you don't want to go far just to eat. The room that I got consists of one queen bed, and one single bed. And hey, it's not even worth more than RM100! All in all, an accommodatingly decent place. RECOMMENDED! if you're on a budget vacation.

MUST AVOID HOTEL..!!!! Nightmare Hotel I ever have experienced. With yellowish towel and pair with dumb clothes one. Flushing the toilet using bucket just like our old school house at kampung. The most expensive experience is my pee even better then those pipe and no tissue and soup provided. Tv doesn’t work at all. Air conditioning wasn’t cold. Nothing good here. Never ever again with this one..

I would have given 0 star if possible. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and to our horror the rooms were nightmare. We were informed the water heater in one of the rooms was not working, which we were fine with it because we can use another room's hot shower. But, what we weren't told about was both rooms have no functioning toilet... Couldn't flush at all! There were water buckets prepared for manual flushing. No toilet rolls were given. We had to request. Dirty and yellowish bedsheets and duvet covers, and when asked for a change, the housekeeping team had the audacity to explain to us the bedsheets were clean, the stains were just old stubborn stains! The aircon in one of the rooms was not working normally despite having it turned on for hours in lowest temperature and maximum fan speed! The room was so hot and stuffy. We traveled a lot and this is not our first time staying at a budget hotel. This is by far the dirtiest, poorest standard and most rundown budget hotel. Definitely money wasting. You can provide basic amenities but you must never compromise cleanliness! I was sleepless because of the malfunctioned aircon and uncomfortable feeling with the cleanliness of the bed, mattress, pillow and everything! Avoid this hotel at all cost! RUN! P/s: the owner/boss/management of this hotel is so irresponsible to leave the hotel operates in such poor condition. The foreign staffs here obviously have taken the heat and received many complaints from customers but they can't do anything if the boss don't. What a shame!
