Hotel O Walk Inn

I was thinking to find a simple hotel since it was just a one night stay plus we had plans early in the morning to checkup with a famous Chinese sansei in melaka. if I’m being honest I don’t usually choose to stay in these kinds of shop lot hostels. this is my first experience in a malaysian hostels and honestly I wont be coming back if no improvement is made. I did read through some of the reviews under the hotel and thought that the management must have made improvement since those reviews were very harsh. the room we stayed in was horrendously disgusting. the towels were dirty and had stains on them. I cant even begin with the switch just hanging by the wire at the corner of the room. the tv wasn’t even working and had scratch marks all over it. the room was incredibly dusty and had a disturbing smell. how to stay like this? we are malaysian and its exceptionally hard to believe that our people are running a hostel like this. unbelievably disappointed and disgusted. no hygiene. what impression would this give to the foreigners that come to visit our lovely country? I hope my feedback is taken to consideration by the management of this hostel. this is dehumanising and its disgusting. based on experience, these kind of environment will definitely impact our health especially our breathing system. honestly its a little hard to breath because of how horrible the environment is. no sustainability at all. we checked in quite late at night around midnight. the receptions were very impatient and rude. even after confronting them about the towels and the dirty bedsheets, they claimed that they couldn’t do anything about it. then we asked to switch rooms, they proceed to reject the idea and said that the hostel was full although there were only 3 cars outside? does this make sense to you. this is incredibly frustrating. it is so dehumanising to have any individual sleep on such a disgustingly filthy bed.

Very dirty ，smelly, the branket like 10 years never wash, a lots of cockroach ,never stay again
