Very close to Bruges city centre (2km interesting walk). Off-site parking but great advice and free spaces. The rooms are impeccable, staff immense. Breakfast first class. On site bar and snacks I can’t decree both luxury and great value below but both apply.

Pros: - good location, 10 min away from the center. - looks good. - a quiet good breakfast Cons: - dirty hairdryer full of dust. - there is no window in the bathroom and the bathroom ventilation was not working. The owner didn’t even give me another room when i complained but asked me to keep the room’s window open! (For almost 15 nights) - worst shower ever: there isn’t a bath or a shower box.. just a piece of glass trying to divide the shower area from the bathroom itself. The whole bathroom will be filled of water and becomes a lake in a couple of minutes. - no bidet. - a 20-30 cm desk; makes the room good for a couple of days stay but not for work/study travel. - pretty expensive breakfast.

Brilliant little hotel, very clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast every morning. If you wanted to walk into brugge, it was only a 15-minute walk.
