horrible. all wrong. First of all I made a reservation two months ago before my stay, I was going to stay 9 nights at the hotel. I’ve never been to Istanbul so I don't really speak Turkish. When the day of my check-in arrived, I realised that there was like a sign at the entrance saying that the hotel was closed due to construction, and I was so shocked because I couldn't believe it. Where was I supposed to stay now? It was the beginning of August and almost impossible to find a place to spend the first night at least, the prices were very high. the only thing I could think was the irresponsible people who had not even warned me in advance and having taken this surprise was the worst thing that could’ve happened to me on my trip. They didn't even send me an email or anything to let me know about their construction or whatever they were doing, that day I was so mad that day and I'm still furious to this day because what they did to me was not fair at all. Fortunately I only made the reservation and was going to pay the day of my check in (i never paid obviously), at the end I found another hotel to stay. but I really do not recommend it, very irresponsible people working there, a horrifying experience, I hope no one gets a surprise like I did that day.

I’d like to start off by thanking the staff members of this location, across all levels. My stay here was comfortable, the location is close to many amenities and a train station near by for your commute to historical/tourist areas. They’re all genuinely a great group and I highly recommend you stay here.

Nice people, warm welcome, decent room but must improve cleaning. Bathroom was invaded by ants, strong smell of cigarette. No parking place, although in description is stated otherwise. If there is no other place to go, then it's fine.
