It was peak season to travel in August. I can't find good accommodation in Salzburg until Adlerhof offers us. We made a booking by email and during the period the staff gave us many help and good suggestions before we came. Also, We were greeted by friendly, warm, and polite staff. The room is super clean and spacious, the bathroom is like a new one. The breakfast was amazing and plenty. The hotel is close to the train station and restaurant in that area you can find everything you need. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone to visit!

This hotel is in a great location not too far from town. However the room was not very clean and our towels and sheets were stained. There was also construction early morning and thin walls so we could hear our neighbours and barely got any sleep. Our shower clogged and overflowed and even after notifying the manager nothing was done about our situation. He left us a note which I could barely read and still didn’t provide fresh towels or fresh sheets. Very disappointing as we paid a bit of money and only got offered a free breakfast one morning. We tried to speak to the manager however he refused his number. The staff were very lovely and tried to help as much as they could.

A great hotel option for visiting Salzburg. It’s a bit out of the town centre which isn’t a bad thing. About a 20 minute walk I’d say. Staff are really friendly and the rooms were great. Shower room had recently been renovated and was really powerful so felt refreshed. Breakfast was great value for money and had everything you needed. Only thing missing for us was any sort of tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
