Location pretty good. Short walk from train station and near the bus stop which goes to downtown. Traveling is v convenient. Bought my Salzburg card from them (: There’s microwave for u to use. Complimentary gluhwein is a nice touch. I booked the double room w private toilet, it was great. Only downside is that there’s no lift. So u carry ur own bags up. Not much of a trouble for me but may be a problem for some people. So do take note. Lovely staff. Had a great stay there.

+ The staff are friendly and extremely enthusiastic. Even though we arrived earlier than the appointment time, they still let us check in. + What I like most is probably the room. It is very comfortable and fully equipped. They also have air conditioning and lots of electrical sockets (which makes me very frustrated when I go to other places because of the limited sockets). We had 3 people in 1 room, and they had 2 beds (1 single, 1 double) available for that. However, the minus point here is that the window is not tight. I often feel strange and can't sleep well on the first night. Unfortunately, that day was a very windy night, and I had to listen to the loud noise outside all night, and the curtains were blowing gently in the wind, even though the doors were closed. + As for the location, it's okay. It's close to the station with a 10-15 minute walk, but public transportation is limited and late.

A perfect place to stay in Salzburg. The staff is very friendly and explain everything about the city, attractions and public transportation. The room is very clean and tidy. Location is perfect near to main train station.

We had the pleasure of staying for a week at Pension Elisabeth and it was an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect as it is close to the main train station, making exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious and had a modern and stylish decoration. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive especially Frank who went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and answered all our questions. Highly recommended! :)
