While the hotel's central location is convenient, the overall experience was marred by several disappointments. The breakfast service fell short with minimal offerings that weren't replenished, echoing previous guest complaints. The uncomfortable beds resulted in a room change due to back pain, highlighting a significant comfort issue. Moreover, the presence of residential apartments used for disruptive parties cast a shadow on the hotel's ambiance and management's accountability. The reception's refusal to address the disturbances and deflect responsibility demonstrated a lack of concern for guests' comfort and well-being. Ultimately, these cumulative factors led to an early departure in search of a more accommodating and peaceful accommodation.

We booked the family room which was clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff, the pizza at Riccardos was delicious. Located right next to the bus which was convenient. However the rooms do not have air conditioning, it was quite hot. I can imagine how bad it’d get in the summer months. The door to the reception/restaurant area is locked in the morning which I found strange. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately not a great experience- and big bummer for a vacation we were looking forward to. First room was terrible with beds as hard as stones and plastic chairs . We got a new room only to be exposed to a loud party one floor above us and hotel reception did not even bother to do something. Avoid if you look for something nice and calm this is not your place. If you want a central location and don’t care about relaxation - this is your place.

The wifi coverage was terrible. Told the reception about the issue and they asked us to “forget the network” and retry again. Obviously it’s not gonna work as it is clear that the wifi has poor coverage. The staff was visibly annoyed. The walls are too thin and not sound proof. For the restaurant, the carbonara pasta was drenched in salt and pepper. Seems like there was past reviews about this and they seem to have done nothing about it. Not gonna visit here again.

My husband and I stayed at the sister hotel, Hotel Cervo, in Sils- Maria, but for our day trip to St Moritz decided to pop in here for a drink as we were so impressed with the hotel in Sils. Wow! The interior of the hotel is spectacular and so, so cool. On entry, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We had a few cocktails at the bar which were executed to perfection, and the bartender was so sweet. We decided to have a couple of pizzas at Riccardo's and again, excellent, from the quality of the food to the service. We had the pleasure of meeting Francesco, the hotel manager for all three sister hotels from what I understand, which was an absolute treat as he was so warm and enthusiastic, as well as knowledgable - a very busy man that takes time to chat with his customers. We didn't stay the night (as mentioned we were staying at the sister hotel in Sils) but if the rooms are anything like those, I can only imagine they would be 10/10. All in all, we loved the vibe and energy of this hotel and look forward to staying here. As this review is not just about the restaurant, but about the service we received from all the staff including reception/lobby, and the interior structure and decor as well as atmosphere and the bar, I thought it better to review the hotel rather than just the restaurant :).
