It was a wonderful experience. My mom and I spent a few days here. We enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of food you can choose from. We enjoyed very much the SPA. Highly recommend it to anyone.

The good news is this hotel is well located for a short walk to the beach or a lovely pedestrian walk into the city. There are some good quality and inexpensive supermarkets nearby and a McDonalds for your bargain fast food fix. It is located on quite a busy road - so lower floor rooms might be a bit noisy at night. Staff were attentive and helpful. The shower in our room was quite basic by UK standards, being in a bath and with no spray adjustment- perfectly suitable but not luxury hotel. Toilet paper provided is quite thin and basic - again sufficient but not luxury by a long stretch. Complimentary shower gel / shampoo is very basic quality - like us you’ll probably resort to buying your own to use rather than the ones provided. Some evidence of limescale and mould in the bathrooms- nothing more than the result of use over time but they could benefit from a bit of a refit to bring up to hotel standards. Generally the hotel was clean. If you envisage lazing by the pool all day be aware the outdoor pool is quite small and is quite separate from the hotel, so there is a short walk into the hotel to buy drinks and food. There is also a spa that I didn’t use so can’t offer an objective view on - although I did note it is not entirely free as you need to hire towels and buy a head cap. Also be aware the lifts are glass and are on on the outside of the building- didn’t concern me but if you suffer from agoraphobia / vertigo- it won’t be nice for you if you can’t face the lifts and need to take the stairs - especially if your room is high up in the hotel. Overall I’d say it’s a well located hotel that meets your needs, but is not a luxury experience and I’d take the claimed 4 stars with a hefty pinch of salt!

Good location if you visit Science and Arts City or Aquarium. Breakfast average, nothing extraordinary, set up of tables a bit low-cost. Good hotel in general and very kind staff. The only concern, the lifts, that do not work properly (long waiting even when no people are using them).

This hôtel is amazing, really clean and well decorated. The rooms are really confortable and the employees are really responsive to all your needs. There is a spa that is only 15€ and has a nice water circuit with a sauna. The breakfast is a pretty big buffet and has a lot of choice, for only 12€ if you reserve in advance. It has everything for pastries, cold meat, eggs, cereals, fruits,etc…

Large hotel near the oceanographic and two shopping malls. Large rooms, very small pool with limited availability of sunbeds. Good breakfast even if I happened to see dishes that weren't cleaned well. Possibility to rent a bike even if the price is not competitive. Not very convenient for getting around by bus, after a certain time in the evening you have to take a taxi. However, in the end the value for money is good.
