Not only was the hotel situated in a dirty and unsafe area, but the service provided by the family owners was well below standard. For example, they insisted we couldn’t leave hotel without surrendering our room keys at the front desk, even when some of us were resting in our rooms. What left me deeply offended was when a staff member shouted at me and ordered me to come down for a passport check as I was simply looking for the fire exit routes in the corridor. It was then that I realized I was under surveillance by the CCTV cameras scattered around the building.

I was there for 3 nights. for the price it was good specially because it was near 2 subway station. Manzoni and Vittorio Emanuele (5 min max). the room was quiet and clean. It is a family business and the lady who is the manager is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast wasn't great though but there are lots of places near there to eat.

The location is ok. The staff (the old man and woman) are unfriendly! W had a problem with the room locker; it simply didn’t lock and they said it is not a problem😳 The elevator didn’t work for two days, so we had to take the stairs. Then it worked in the evening but in the next morning the same old man and woman claimed it didn’t work, so we took the stairs again🫣🫣🫣 The sheets were not changed for our 4-night stay and there was a problem with the shower; the water can’t be balanced.
