At first this was a very nice hotel. But the night before we left, they 'cleaned' the room. Then i cant find my wallet. I had hidden it in my suitcase. So i searched the whole room. and then i found my wallet, EMPTY, hidden behind the MINIFRIDGE in the cabinet. Also it was a expencive wallet, so maybe they put it there so they could pick it up there later. I dont know who did this, but the woman at the frontdesk knew the code of my room and there was housekeeping every day. The worst is that they dont even reply on my texts anymore. So if you want to keep you belonings, DONT GO HERE!

We booked online through booking and everything was correct. Anamaria is a very attentive girl and she talks to you on WhatsApp when the date approaches, and if you have any problem she solves it for you regardless of the time. The location is quite good to walk to the center (15/20 min to Plaza España), although it has bus stops quite close. The rooms are just like the photos, the private room is very good and has a hairdryer, toiletries and more. Although there is usually no one at the reception, it is not a problem since you enter with your code whenever you want. It has a small common area with a coffee maker and water heater to make infusions. In general, it is a very good option to spend a few days in Rome.
