I want to share my experience of staying in this hotel, I was booked for 4 days, from the first day we encountered difficulties, poorly working air conditioning, lack of a basic toothbrush, ear sticks, etc. (brought after three reminders), very poor breakfast, a basic request cooking an omelette perplexed the staff, and then the offer to cook for an additional fee, which is natural, but the prices are not indicated anywhere, so the staff simply takes prices off the top of their heads. the staff at the hotel is unprofessional and very seriously very rude and does not know how to communicate with guests, I just witnessed a scene where the waiter shouted!! at an elderly man who wanted to sit at a table and drink his coffee, since the restaurant was closed (closing at 10:30, the man arrived at 10:31), the waiter simply yelled at him and kicked him out, the man’s hands were shaking .. I’m very upset by this attitude towards older people, this is shameful and unacceptable in a modern, educated society. in response to my attempts to make a remark to the staff, they waved at me and quickly left, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are a huge number of wonderful hotels in the city, don’t be fooled by the photos, everything is different in life.. in the room there is no basic information on how to call the reception because there is not even a telephone, the start of breakfast is not indicated anywhere, so you need to ask at the reception to summarize - poor service - rude staff - lack of basic hygiene items - sockets not working in the entire room - air conditioning not working properly I don't recommend it at all

Good hotel. Cleanliness - very. If no issues. Clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Clean towels. Facilities - good size bathroom. Powerful shower. Big bed which was comfortable. Location - quiet area. 20 minutes walk to Spanish steps and in a straight line. 15 to trevi fountain and 30 to the colosseum. The metro is close but was getting refurbished when I was there. We didn't have breakfast but was €10 a day which to be fair would get you a breakfast pastry and coffee in Rome so that seemed good value. Just didn't suit my schedule. Seen someone said they were robbed outside. The area seems safe. We walked through at all hours and never had an issue. Also a street stall selling water and snack etc 50m away so seems safe. I guess they were unlucky. Lot of what I assume are Embassy's locally so it is quiet. Summary. Good hotel. Good price and clean.

Thieves! Don’t stay here. Disrespectful management I stayed at this hotel for two (2) days. The housekeeper or someone that works at that hotel stole my hand sanitizer, my Carolina Herrera perfume, and my brand new eye shadow makeup. We came in the hotel room really late on the last night. We just knocked out. But when we got up in the morning to pack and check out we noticed these items were missing. Upon checking out I asked to speak to the manager to inform him of the incident. The manger came over to speak to us, he said that he will ask the housekeeper if maybe she thought it was trash or if something happened. When he comes back he says she doesn’t know anything about it and that she’s old and she wouldn’t have a reason to steal those things. Then he asked me if I even had the items. He then tried to get an attitude with me. Let me add, that I didn’t ask for my things back or money for them. I told the manager, “I understand things fall through the cracks, but you should know you have a thief working as a staff member and that can eventually affect your business.” That’s when the manger proceeded to get an attitude. This place has thieves working there and they are very disrespectful. The manager takes no accountability for his staff or his actions. He had the audacity to even try to get an attitude after his staff stole my things. Don’t stay here if you want to keep your things. If they took these items imagine what else they would take or have taken.

We vacated in Room007, Rome, for my 45th birthday, and I won't recommend staying on the 6th floor (maybe the other rooms on the 6th floor were better). It feels like you're in prison. I asked immediately to change our room. We got a nice and cozy room so, I was very happy then. I wanted to change the hotel, but it was a busy season, so mostly we went out. But the staff were friendly and accommodated. The place was very clean and the location was perfect. I would visit again, thanks.

We recently stayed at Room007 in Roma, a new hotel in the area. While it had some positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks that impacted my overall experience. Let's start with the positives. Room007 offers a cozy and modern ambiance, and being a new hotel, the facilities and decor were quite pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and assisting with any inquiries I had during my stay. However, there were some downsides that I couldn't overlook. Firstly, the rooms were quite small, which might not be ideal for travelers who require more space. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were no bar fridges in the rooms. This made it inconvenient to store perishables or keep drinks cold. Another letdown was the limited selection of breakfast options. For a hotel, I expected a more diverse and enticing spread to start the day. The lack of variety might not cater to guests with specific dietary preferences or restrictions. Considering these factors, I would rate Room007 in Roma as a three-star hotel. While it does have a certain charm, the small rooms, absence of bar fridges, and limited breakfast options hold it back from receiving a higher rating. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a relatively affordable option and can compromise on the mentioned aspects, Room007 might still be a suitable choice for a short stay in Rome.
