Hotel is in a great location for walking around, close to the river taxis and main railway station. Breakfast is fantastic, the choice is wonderful and it's all fresh. Great to set you up for the day. We were on the 4th floor which is looking a bit tired in comparison to other floors. Room was clean, had all amenities and suited our needs for a weekend.

The location was close to the train station and very convenient. They served a really good breakfast in the morning. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable I've slept on, but good enough. The walls are pretty thin and we had a noisy neighbor. The staff was very professional. l would stay there again.

I got a very old room. The room and bathroom are almost equal size. No free water, no water heater jug, no sandals. The good thing about this hotel is the location, hotel lobby design and restaurant service. We leave early morning and ask for take away breakfast. Restaurant staff packed an amazing thoughtful breakfast bag (crackers, croissant, fruit, jams, juice, pudding, tissue, cutleries, etc.) Bravo to restaurant staff.

Service is ok depends on the person serving. Unfortunately we did not get a very warm and helpful feel from the local Italians or Venetian here. The big sized Bald staff at the counter was quite cold for a service staff. Philipino staff really helpful and hardworking. He brought us some cups to the rooms. No wine opener at 10pm and no weighing scale to check the bags. Almost everything domt have. Apart from convenience to the train station i dont see why id stay again. Hotel staff can certainly improve. Also alof of sounds at the balcony after 11pm. Guys shouting making noise. Please improve!
