We spent 9 wonderful days at a hotel in Hong Kong and would like to share our experience! First of all, we were impressed by the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. We particularly want to commend the manager who, on New Year's Eve, managed to fix a broken door lock himself, following an engineer's instructions over the phone. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to shops, restaurants, the metro, buses, and trams. In our room, there was always hot water, and we were provided with all necessary toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toothbrushes, razors, ear swabs, and cotton pads. Room cleaning was done on request, and trash was taken out daily. The room had a small fridge, an electric kettle, and cups, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer. Even though there was a waste collection station near the hotel, it caused no inconvenience due to the absence of any bad smells. We fell so in love with this hotel that we look forward to staying here again during our next visit to Hong Kong!

Staffs are very helpful and friendly👍🏻City tram is less than 5 minutes walk away, and subway station is about 10. Room is clean but a bit tight. I find it has the best price/value in the area. It's so convenient that there's everything available right out of the building, even foot massage is 5 minutes walk 😍

Good hotel in Causeway. Nice staff. Good location. Some good shops and food bear by. And not too far from the MTR. Would definitely come back and stay here. Good price as well
