The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's poorly run, the customer service is absolutely terrible, and the conditions of the rooms are disgusting. I booked last minute and was placed in a room on the 1st floor, which you have to either take some dark stairs and walk through a dark lobby upstairs next to the bar, and then still have to take more stairs that are slippery as hell to your rooms. The walls in the room are scuffed, there are obvious mold stains on the walls underneath the TV, the sheets are stained and the bedroom window faced an alley that was full of loud drunks, glass being broken and yelling until 3 or 4 am. You can tell that they tried to hide a lot of the damaged things mentioned in previous reviews with cheap laminate flooring and a coat of paint. Speaking of those dark stairs to the lobby, I actually fell and hurt myself and when I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk he smirked and shrugged it off almost as if to say, "What do you want me to do about it?" The next day I went to the lobby to ask for ice and they told me I was SOL and we so unkind, until a kind guest that was coming in told me to ask at the hotel bar. I went to the bar and the young lady and bartender said that they didn't have ice as I watched him scoop ice into a cup for a bar customer... Thankfully a guy at the bar spoke up and said, "Oh, c'mon you have ice let her have some she hurt herself." This place is literally the Motel 6/Roach Coach/etc whatever you may call it. If it hadn't been a last minute booking I would have left. Avoid this place if you're assigned anywhere on the first floor, and upper management needs to evaluate the people working (except for the older man working, he was sweet). They're making this place look even worse than it is.

The location is great and they take advantage of it. Rooms are small and minimalist the cleaning lady did not come there s no where to take a breakfast the entry looks like a mouse trap hotel disgusting it s a ripped off totally!!! It's not a 3 stars hotel it's barely a 2 stars hotel and the people at the desk and not even friendly at all!!! What a nightmare to have to spend one night over in this claustrophobic little room!!! And they charge us for the whole stay pretending there were a congress in town bringing in a lot of people 🙄 Whatever keep the Damm money and to he'll people!

the only advantage is location. hotel too noisy because of the bar on first floor. rooms was awful old un maintained. reception offersd an downgrade room for me after i told him i couldn’t sleep well because of bar noise!
