Great service and location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for the train station and the South Tyrol Museum. Roma are clean, functional, and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was standard and good quality.

No complaints about this stay, conveniently located close to the sudtirol mobile bus station and train station means an easy trip with luggage. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the center of historical Bolzano as well. Rooms were as expected, nothing extra fancy but the bed was comfy. Pretty good breakfast served on site.

We had a very positive stay at Hotel Regina in Bolzano. Our room was clean and spacious. We reserved the quadruple room. We also need parking since we had a rental car and were able to park next door for 15€/day. The staff was wonderful. We asked for restaurant recommendations from the two Lorenzo's who worked the front desk in the evenings when we were there. They gave us wonderful restaurant options and also made reservations for us. They were very friendly, helpful and fun to interact with. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Bolzano - please consider Hotel Regina.

This is our third time to stay in this hotel, we've always been very satisfied. Our room for this stay was the best. We were on the 5th level. Our room had a skylight and it was big. The bathroom was big (compared to the usual small italian bathrooms). Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was adequate, with quite a variety, and good quality. Staff are all pleasant, helpful. Location is great, just across from the railway station and a five minute walk to the bus depot. If we visit Bolzano again we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We recommend it highly.
