We found the property to be exceptional in mostly every way. The building is beautiful, the location is central to everything. The staff was very kind & helpful at check-in & the room was very fresh, clean & nicely decorated. The bar & staff there is fabulous. And the food & service in the restaurant was good, but not quite as exceptional as the rest of the experience & the property itself. We will definitely return to Bolzano & stay here without doubt.

A grand hotel in the town centre with spacious carpeted rooms with views to the mountains. The breakfast, however, lacked options and was relatively limited. Tour groups go here so the breakfast can be quite crowded and unable to get a seat if eating at the first available time. It has a lovely garden and bar out the back for evening drinks.

Enjoyed 3 nights at the hotel, and was really a pleasant stay ! Quiet rooms, and fantastic breakfast, with plenty of good food. Not far from Bolzano Central Station, it's a good starting point for a visit to Bolzano and its surroundings. Looking forward to come back next year ! Regards, Thanks !

This a an incredible hotel, I will highly recommend it to everyone who wants to make a sweet escape into a calm, peaceful and classy atmosphere! Amazing garden, outstanding breakfast (the reason I was waking up early each morning - to spend as much time as possible it the restaurant and outside, enjoying my rich and fill meals), cool art-collection on each floor, splendid interior of the bar area, music, location, rooms itself, bathroom conditions - all these are simply amazing. We will definitely come back.
