It is a most delightful, charming hotel. Immaculately clean and full of character. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and a good view of Naples Bay. We were lucky enough to be upgraded from a garden view. The staff were absolutely brilliant, very, very friendly and so helpful. Valet parking, fortunately. it's a very narrow road to the hotel. The view for breakfast is simply breathtaking. Again, the staff were so attentive. Thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night! I regret not staying longer. So beautiful. It’s in walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. I Had lemon trees right outside my balcony. The room was so clean and cozy. The service at the front desk was immaculate! So kind and attentive! I will definitely be back!

Great location. Good breakfast selection. Evening meal choice was limited and with so many other places to eat, I’d rather get out and about. Room was very clean and tidy but quite small with limited places to store personal belongings. 3days was enough at this hotel. Staff were excellent.

We stayed here for the three days we were in Sorrento. I saw a comment about room size. The room was a decent size and bathrooms were okay. Definitely larger than rooms we stayed in when we were in Rome and with the two balconies overlooking the water and Mount Vesuvius, the room didn't disappoint. There was a minor ant problem however, these older buildings and the area, that is a bit expected. Mainly don't leave food on the floor and pick anything you drop right away. We had bug spray and put some at the edge of the exterior doors. It did the trick to keep the ants out. The staff were amazing and helpful. As for the price, it was expensive for a hotel room but you are paying for the view and that will be no different at any of the other hotels and they are much pricier. Overall I would stay here again

The location of this place is it's strength. I don't know how this is considered a 4 star property. The staff is friendly. The rooms are very small. Equivalent to a college dorm room, which is fine but for the amount of money you're paying to stay here, not ideal. There was also a colony of ants living in our bathroom. We brought it to their attention, the cleaning staff had to take care of them everyday but they were always back by the next morning. Also, no complimentary bottle of water? C'mon. The rooftop bar is a joke and basically non-existent. It was a ghost town every time we went up there. This place needs some work. 3 stars is a bit of a mercy rating for me.
