Absolutely loved the view and the location! The service was great, staff is very friendly. Rooms are neat and clean. Food at the hotels restaurant was pretty good. Keep in mind if you want to change your beach towels to clean ones the hotel charges 5€ per towel.

Very helpful and focused staff!!! We have been lost, our navigation did not work properly or probably we did not understand the local road signage properly. We lost our hope to find our hotel at Marina Grande in the darkness, around 12 am. A gentleman at the front desc was so kind it was the end of his shift and he showed us the way to the hotel driving his scooter and we drove behind! Thank you very very much from the heart!!!

This hotel is very well situated on a hill 10 mins from the town centre. Thankfully, the free shuttle bus made a big difference to our stay and visits into town. The magnificent views of the bay from our room and Mount Vesuvius were amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the fresh white and turquoise colours were very relaxing. The only disappointment for us was the tired pool area, which needs updating, but otherwise, can happily recommend this 4 star hotel!
