We absolutely loved the Hotel Reine Victoria. It is a gorgeous older building with high ceilings, wide hallways and spacious public spaces. The recent renovations are lovely. It felt grand and very St Moritz. The location to the gondola is great and there are more restaurants nearby. The staff were wonderful and the facilities good. It was a highlight of our European trip and we would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it.

I welcome all guests and tourists, we have vacationed in this city 4 times already, an excellent hotel with a favorable location! but service and comfort are created by people! We remember most of all Irina at the reception, she is truly a true professional, she knows 5 languages, she always helped us with everything! I wish there were more such specialists in their field! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

We LOVED our stay at Reine Victoria - it was such a wonderful experience from end to end. Definitely take advantage of the included breakfast and the partnership with Ovavera, both were AMAZING.

Overall we had a good experience, this was possibly the only hotel where there was a shataf in the bathroom (important for Muslim travelers!). And the only place where you could take the tissue box out of the bathroom! The room was beautifully designed, with the storage/hanging space behind a curtain (add a mirror in that area and it is close to perfect!) The view from the room was beautiful and we loved the fact that we could open the window/door to our liking. The other impressive thing was that we were provided with a travel card which we used abundantly for transport/cable car etc. Very helpful and thoughtful.

Not a 4 star hotel, staff need trained before the guest arrive, half-board menu is all or nothing and usually involves a raw starter and it does not change! In 7 days we were offered the same starter 3 times, same main twice. It was all very pretentious, as if the management believed they were running a totally different hotel. For anybody from UK just think Fawlty Towers!
