This is a well run hotel close to Dotonbori. The rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast was traditional and tasty. The staff very helpful, polite and friendly. The only issues were regarding our shower which had very poor pressure and temperature control, the room needed floor cushions and the towels were very old and thin. The price is good but small improvements (water/shower/towels) are needed to make this a great little hotel in a quiet side street. Despite no lifts the staff very kindly carried bags to our room on the 5th floor.

Was in Osaka for the first time and just for a night. So glad I booked this cute hotel! Lovely spacious room, super comfortable and a stone’s throw away from Dotonbori and Hozenji Yokocho. The service staff are so friendly and helpful. There is no elevator in this boutique hotel but if you need help, they will help with your suitcase. The hotel is a short walk from two different stations with various subway lines, so it’s super convenient for getting around!

The room I booked kinda spacious and 5/6 minutes away from dontobori but more look like Airbnb instead of hotel. Aircon is powerful during summer. Price in agoda seem more expensive than book directly with hotel

We had no place to stay at 2am as we were locked out accidentally by our kids in the airbnb unit we were staying in Japan last December. We only wanted to stay from 2am to 10am, literally just a place to sleep- the nearby hotels did not accommodate us due time policies. Ms. Sato, the receptionist that time, was very kind and helpful and very accommodating. She really worked with us and took care of us. The place looked newly renovated. It is very clean, tidy, cozy and comfortable. An atmosphere of a western hotel. Prices are competetive. It is 10minutes walk from Shinsaibashi and Dotombori, both famous tourist attraction. 4mins walk from Doton plaza, where there is an airport bus service.
