5/5 Excellent I could not have picked a better hotel for our stay in Costa Rica. The suite, breakfast, staff and area was excellent. Close to quite a few dining options which are both drivable and walkable. There's also a park nearby and the pool at the hotel was great. A few suggestions, wish you had the option to bring your breakfast to your suite if you did not feel like sitting in the pool area with the other guests. Option to hang your close in your suite to dry as the dryers do not tend to completely dry your clothes. Other than that, this is my go to hotel when visiting! I highly recommend it!

We are staying here as I am writing this I will start by saying the manger went way and beyond to help us we only check in for 6 days for a procedure we both were having we loved it so much we stayed for the 15 day we were here the people at the breakfast area and the lady who clean were exceptional every one who work here always with a smile don't hesitate to stay here u won't be disappointed this place 5 star

Beautiful! Wonderful experience twice -I've had two stays at this hotel once in April for 12 days, and again in September for 14 days. Both times I stayed were consistently great. Same staff and same high level quality. -front end staff speak beautiful English -rooms are always kept immaculate by the housekeeping staff, whom are also very kind. -Hotel staff can set up almost any activity that you would like to do near or around San Jose. -Hotel is secure. As well as security everywhere in the business around the hotel. -walking distance from anything you need. However, Uber is readily available and quite inexpensive. You can get across San Jose for a few dollars. (Uber is the main transportation method. I would not recommend the local taxi cabs) -culinary staff is amazing. They make a beautiful continental breakfast every morning and are very nice. -Always hot coffee in the lobby If you're here seeking Dental tourism. The only... and I mean only place I would recommend is Dr Jose Garita at Confidental right there in La Sabana. Trust me.. go read my review. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful small hotel with all the amenities, beautiful atmosphere and kinda people. I highly recommend you stay here. Pure Life ❤️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
