Very nice Option to stay at to Explore Ueno and Yanaka neighborhoods with lots of little alleys, nice and affordable restaurants. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. New towels and water is provided daily. Nice little breakfast is included.

Conveniently located beside station, just a bit of walk around 3-5 mins to get there from asakusa exit. Staff was helpful & friendly, they accept our luggage before check-in time. Indeed the room was quite small, need to be creative when opening large suitcase, but the room was clean, bathroom, electric kettle, aircon/heater works well too. I'm recommending this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay that just beside train station (a major one), price was reasonable too.

Conveniently located just opposite Ueno Station, this hotel is clean, modern and relatively new. Checking in and out are a breeze and staffs are quite fluent in English. Rooms are pretty small for the both of us as we had big luggages but other than that, rooms are clean and they provide basic amenities one can need.

My recent 8-night stay at this hotel was marked by exceptional service and attention. The staff went above expectations to ensure our experience was very positive. The hotel's prime location adjacent to Ueno station make getting around and out of the city a breeze. The station's elevator access is also conveniently close by, making handling large luggages easier. Adding to the convenience, the hotel is near some late night eateries and convenience stores, making it easy to find dining options at any hour. We found the hotel environment consistently clean and fresh, adding to the comfort of our stay. The rooms, while standard in size for the area, were well-maintained and tranquil. For those with clamshell luggage, storage may be slightly challenging; our solution was to unpack and keep the luggage closed. A noteworthy aspect is the housekeeping schedule, which is every fifth day of your stay. However, the hotel admirably compensates for this with daily provisions of fresh towels, bathmats, and large trash bags. Overall, a commendable choice for its location and service.

Hotel's room is very new, very clean, very good location(few min. walk from Ueno station) and also very very small. Not much space for 2 people to walk around. It's also a challenge to keep 2 luggage wide open at the same time. Hotel's lobby designed to include working area with long large table in the middle plus many power outlets. Grab and Go breakfast also available upon advance request but only few choices of standard set to choose from. Still the best choice for few night stay around Ueno station.
