This hotel was super duper for the entire family. It’s a very beautiful hotel with great architecture. There was many different pool including a infinity pool and a water land and a big pool perfect for playing. The was also many different restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. For dinner there was the normal buffets and some different restaurants with different food from places around the world like Italian and Asian. With all inclusive you could grab a snack or drinks or slush or coffee whenever you want from the different bars. There was also a football pitch and a basketball court to play in. Overall a great hotel.

The hotel is large, very busy and modern. The staff were extremely attentive and worked very hard. I would say they were too hard worked and at times there were shortages of ice, soft drinks and wine in the self serve because of this. Our room was large and well equipped with a free safe which is unusual at this level. The food was ok but probably the most repetitive I have seen. Our two week stay was therefore a bit long, however happy to return for a week

Visited here in July 22. Late review as I wanted to compare to another Riu we visited (Riu Vistamar, Gran Canaria, bloody awful hotel see review). This one was fantastic! Great service and friendly staff. Plenty of choice for food and use of two other restaurants. Didn't really watch much of the entertainment but what I did see it was good. There's plenty of bars and food through the day. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Very good hotel so much so as a group we are returning again this year!

Enjoyed the stay there: spacious rooms, great views, nice pools, good animation and evening shows. It is a bit far from the nearest town, so one needs to either rent a car (AVIS service is sooo easy and well thought-through, just a perfect cooperation with the hotel) or call a taxi (never a problem, reasonable prices). Where I see a room for improvements is their Grill restaurant- except the view, it has nothing to offer if to compare with their Italian restaurant. Also, towels are really old - not a big thing, but sort of smth I personally would definitely change.

Came mid September , weather amazing . First thoughts wow this looks a nice hotel, well it was amazing. Unfortunately we ended up in a room overlooking the carpark and on arrival I did mention this to concierge who said if we want to change our rooms we would have to do it on following day . I did book a high floor and mentioned it was our wedding anniversary!! 40yrs no special treats or acknowledgement. Food excellent , staff excellent and pool areas well maintained and probably cleanest hotel we have been to. My biggest issue was the drinks package all cheap drinks, not even Gordon’s gin or Smirnoff or any opportunity to purchase any top shelve drinks . Overall a great holiday , memories made .
