We loved it here, would definitely recommend. We wanted a chill and relaxed holiday, it’s exactly what we got. Room was clean and tidy, everywhere is a bit dated but it’s all looked after. There are staff maintaining and cleaning around the grounds all day everyday, cleaners are out early too. Every member of staff we encountered were lovely and friendly and were happy to help/look after you. Quite secluded but plenty to do and reception are more than happy to book a taxi for you if needed. Would return!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It catered for people of all lifestyles, like vegetarians and had a wide selection if food for picky eaters. The staff were nice and polite and always greeted you with a smile and a hello. The rooms were gorgeous and the room service were always respectful if you were still in your room when they came to your room. The views were beautiful. There was a wide range of rooms you could choose from for good costs. The hotel was clean and the entertainment always had activities that catered for those of young ages and above. Overall this hotel was great.

We have just come back from a wonderful week. We had a junior suite it was spacious, nice, cleaned daily. The smaller family hotel was perfect for us. Staff were slower some days at meal times with tea/coffee/water/wine they work really hard. Sister hotel opposite was nice too. There is a free bus daily and another one you pay for and trips if you wanted - we didn't. It's a quiet resort no shopping outside hotel nearby you would need transport. We loved it and would happily come back thank you Bahia Principe Sunlight

The best all-inclusive we have been too! Staff, service, cleanliness, room size, pools, food. Could not fault anything about this amazing resort. The food was always hot, flavourful and plenty of choice in the main restaurant. We visited 2 out of the 4 themed restaurants, the Mexican and Steakhouse, and both were highly rated. Clientele return here year after year and I can definitely see why. The only slight down side for us was that there was not much to explore on foot in the vicinity, and the local buses were very sporadic so ended up getting taxis. All in all a brilliant holiday and would love to return.

Lovely location and beautiful hotel. The entertainment was great, different every evening and engaging. A huge standout for us was Sophie who we would see in the evenings. Sophie was really welcoming and lovely to chat to. She made us feel really at home and was laughing and joking with us every time we saw her. The reception staff were also great. Helpful and polite every time we needed anything they would help.
