I stayed here for a work trip. The staff was helpful. Location is close to plenty of food and walking activities. Rooms small but I did not stay in room except at end of night. Convenient hotel and near train station. Breakfast at attached restaurant was good and hit the spot for a day of walking the city site seeing and shopping.

The room was not what I was expecting, however, I loved it. The room size was a lot smaller than what was depicted in the pictures. I would think it is one of the smaller ones available, but I did not see the other rooms for comparison. I am not that tall and neither is my wife, so the room was...our size. Room was clean and well kept by the daily service provided. The front desk was helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Location was awesome. To Shinjuku, it is about 15 minutes by train. To Disneyland, it is about 45 minutes to an hour. The location of the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. It is right next to a train station, its only loud if you keep the windows open. There is a grocery store and bakery nearby, best part of the location really. And then there's the Asagaya Strip, where you can find a load of things. I'd stay here again and this was my first trip to Japan. To the staff, thank you for everything, this was a great trip. Happy New Years!

The room was big enough for just staying the night. It was also clean and well priced. It is very close to the train station (less than 5 minutes walk), but also surprisingly quiet; I was unable to hear any outside noise despite the tracks running a few meters from the side of the building.
