The bad: Seriously need to improve on Laundry. 2 out of 4 days we got stained dirty towels that required replacement. Cleanliness can be better. The good: It’s just across the street from Termini Roma, just 3min walk. Restaurants, sundry shops and left-luggage abundant. The star: Definitely all the wonderful front staffs who were professional and friendly. They made this a good stay despite short on cleanliness and facilities.

Had a horrible experience. We had booked 2 rooms. Not luggage friendly, they have just one lift which is very small with a few stairs in between entrance and lift. We had to make multiple trips to move our luggage. While check in, we were told that breakfast was included in first room while for the second, breakfast was not included. While checking out, they said the opposite, first room had no breakfast included but second room had breakfast included. In the end, first room was charged for breakfast and second room missed breakfast since it was chargeable (as told at check in). We requested them to put the breakfast tab in the second room since the confusion was created by them in the first place but they didn’t oblige and we had to pay for their mistake. Only good thing was location, near the main train station but there are a lot of options nearby. Not coming back here next time. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommended place to stay in Rome. Very quiet, clean room, delicious breakfast, and very helpful staff especially the Filipinos (importantly Ms. Lyn). She helped us with our commute and must try restaurants and places to go. She even packed food for us since we are checking out earlier than the opening of pantry. Location of the place is also very good as it is just minutes walk away from Termini.

I had a delightful vacation at Scott House Hotel in October. The customer service was impeccable, and the English breakfast was abundant with a variety of options. Its proximity to Rome Termini station made transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms were spotless, and I can't find anything negative to mention. Personally, I am fully satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it to any traveler seeking a place near public transportation and ideal for tourists

Hello Team, Sorry for not posting in detail why I have this rating. First of all the good things are the prime location with ease of access to Termini and the super good staff at the restaurant for the breakfast. Cons: Room and the bathroom was smelling chlorine or I am not sure what it was. It smelt bad is all I can say. While check-in we were told that the breakfast was not included and then we had to show our booking via Agoda and lady at the reception agreed. While check-out it was the opposite that we were asked to pay 40 euros for 2 days for 2 persons. I saw few other reviews below where this confusion has occurred. We then had to show the same lady that it was included. Also to mention is the poor design with the bathroom cubicle. The small lift for three buidling is fine as I can understand it’s an old building.
