I found the hotel very pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a kind receptionist who ensured a smooth check-in process. The building is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Westbahnhof station (U3 and U6 metro + various tram lines). Additionally, the city center is reachable within 10 minutes. The room I stayed in was small yet cozy, equipped with all the essentials plus a smart TV. The cleanliness of the room was at a moderate level, which I found acceptable. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast area. During my visit, only a few tables were available, and the lone staff member, a lady, struggled to keep up with the cleaning. This impacted the overall breakfast experience. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna, especially if you rely on public transport to get around and are not overly concerned about the room's design

If you're a shy person and need a profile picture, my advice is to seek out the hotel's photograph. I've never seen such a real life difference in possibly any kind of fraud. This is the unwanted Tinder date that you'd like to dodge in the second of mutual hello. We've ordered one big bed, and received two singles "connected", but once you try to move to the middle, be ready to break your back and possibly taste the floor. Breakfast was decent, but had only one poor waitress that had to do everything by himself. This view was the "best" thing out of the whole room experience. For it's price, I would have probably paid 10 more euros for a regular hotel.

Hotel near Westabanhof station - in which you can find plenty of fast food restaurants, Lidl supermarket. On the streets nearby there are some good restaurant with local food & many other various options. Quiet area. Easy & fast check-in / check-out. Breakfast was good, the same everyday, but various. First night - we stayed in 322 room - it was really dirty, dusty, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was a pest hole with mold, hair, stains of faeces. 2nd room showed after requesting the change of the room in the same day - it was the same disaster. 3rd room - liveable, the room was clean, the bathroom was better then the others, but still with some mold. The lady from reception had a passive agesssive atitudine telling us that we have no other option just to stay there, that she won’t pay us the money back for the rest of the nights and let us check out. We accepted the 3rd option because we’ve been with our 3 years old daughter and was easier for us. Moreover, the lady that was cleaning the 3rd room was a romaninan one, same as us, so we trusted her that she is cleaning with responsability. What is the hotel offering, beyond the good localisation, doesn’t deserve the money paid.
