Having just returned from a few nights at this hotel, I am surprised at some of the reviews. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful; able to offer advice on how to use public transport and also recommending places to visit. They offered us a free later checkout and we're happy to hold our luggage after check out until it was time for our flight. Our room was clean and comfortable. Warmer than we had expected but easily solved by opening the windows! Breakfast was pretty basic but more than enough to set you up for a day of exploring the city! We had a pleasant stay and I would happily return if visiting Vienna again. Thank you to the hotel team for making us feel welcome

This is a nice hotel at an affordable price. The location is great and close access to public transportation do you want/need it. We have not tried the breakfast here but it does look good for those that enjoy a nice breakfast.

Not really a 4 star, not even a 3 star hotel. Dirty stained rugs, stained walls, broken closets, air condition which is only a noisy fan & really horrible breakfast were really disappointing. A manager yelling at a service worker at breakfast was hard to watch. We contacted them beforehand and they gave wrong information about their services including the breakfast. You have to pay a deposit to use the safe. Positive points: location was close to public transport, rooms were spacious and there was a bath tub. Overall not recommended as there are 3 star hotels with much better, hygiene, service and breakfast than this one.
