Possibly one of the most disappointing hotels I've ever stayed in, especially for the price. Basic would be a polite way of describing it! Unsure how this has gained a 3 star rating, as you can see from the pics it is beyond basic, I've seen pics of Scandinavian prison cells with better furniture and decor. The mattress was a different size to the futon frame, the pillows were as hard as concrete. The shower was so small I banned my elbows against the door/wall everyone I attempted to wash myself (and I'm not a tall person). There were 2 incredibly small sachets of shower gel/shampoo, one of which was barely enough for my hair . Aircon was temperamental, and when it wouldn't come on and I asked for assistance in the evening the staff member was rude and dismissive. Compared to the fantastic similarly priced hotel I'd just had in Florence, this was extremely disappointing and over priced. Positives were location, it was clean and the towels were new and fluffy.

Every attraction of Pisa, is easily accessible by walking. Comfort, clean and a very nice & helpful staff. It fulfilled my expectations.
