I would NOT recommend this hotel! It is a two star hotel and did not appear to be in a very safe area of Pisa even though it is by the train station. I had to cut my visit short due to this place. The shower connection and door was broken and would flood the bathroom if you did not hold the door while showering. The dining area is tiny and the whole place could do with a major revamp as regards furniture and decor. The bed was so hard! The floors were crumbling because of previous water damage. (The photos tell all). Also full of mosquitoes. While I enjoy staying in budget and cheap accommodation, this hotel was not up to 3 star standard. Also if you do go, make sure you choose the refund option (if available) so you can get your money back if you’re not happy. The only positive was that the Wi-Fi worked without any problems.

The property asked for €35 per night for a cotbed. The elevator is so small that the baby's pushchair couldn't fit, we had to close it to take it to the room. At breakfast we asked for the high chair but it was broken. The reception phone was broken and to talk to them we had to go downstairs as when in our room the TV didn't work, we realized the tv remote control had low battery and we went downstairs asking to replace them. Mosquitoes everywhere, even in the room. The Manager Ms Zizza said: "I can't do more than giving you pesticides and don't kill them because you'll make the wall dirty". The bathroom door in the room was broken and did not close completely. At the reception we asked if they could fix it. Again the Manager Ms. Zizza said: "where can I find someone who comes on Sunday to fix it?". Doors should be fixed before guests arrive I said. Last but not least the air conditioning in the room was turned off by the reception before our checkout at 10am.
