We stayed 4 nights at the St. Maritza in Queenstown and were completely satisfied with everything from the comfort of our room, its amenities and the service by all staff members including the restaurant The location is ideal being within walking distance to many walking trails, downtown shops, cafes, services, attractions and restaurants. The view from our room (be sure to request a room with a view of the lake & mountains) was one of the best we’ve ever had. Just breathtaking. You can also get this view from the hotel’s restaurant (especially from the balcony) and walking to and from the hotel.

Nice hotel and accommodation. Very spacious rooms! There is a coin-laundry inside the hotel that is very valuable. The staffs were wonderful and very helpful, especially Saki! Breakfast was so repetitive for a 4-nights stay and the service was so mediocre during breakfast. One downside is the walkable access from/to the lake area is through a very steep road, not accessible for wheelchair. Level 7 can be accessed by using the staircase from level 6.

This was the best hotel i have ever stayed in. It had the best breakfast with custom eggs and best room service. It was very efficient and only took about 20 min for the biggest room. Views were amazing and were a 5 star hotel. They provided a free toothbrush for my daughter when she forgot. All you need to do is ask. They have a free hot tub which opens at 530pm to 9pm. Very clean showers and bathrooms.

Beautiful hotel just a short walk from the center of town, we loved our two-night stay at the St. Moritz. Just walking into the gorgeous lobby is a delight. Our lakefront balcony room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. Ver comfortable bed with different pillow options. We loved the deep bathtub. Paying slightly more for the breakfast-inclusive rate is well worth it. The breakfast buffet was generous with lots of local offerings, and breakfast includes made-to-order omelette and pancakes. The dining room has magnificent views of the lake - a great way to start the morning!

We spent three nights here recently, it’s a lovely place and the service really is great, but the lack of AC in a modern hotel is holding this place back. We had to leave the balcony door open and really crank the Dyson fan to try and move air. Kept getting bugs flying in, and the night we had rain was messy. I appreciate that they had laundry onsite, but the 2 of the 3 machines were wonky. Last morning at breakfast they ran out of coffee mugs? How?
