Staying at Hotel Sui Kanda by Abest was awesome! Thanks for Ms. Rea she's like a hospitality. Super nice, helped us out with a big smile. The hotel itself? So fancy and clean, felt like a celeb. Major thanks to Ms. Rea and the whole crew for making our stay top-notch!

Had a great stay! Our family had a welcoming stay. Only 4 stars for the room as the fabric sprays were not working. But the rest was excellent if not best! Especially the service and politeness of the staff! Special mention to the staff named Rea for fully accommodating our needs and inquiries with detailed information and warm smiles! Really recommend the stay at the hotel!

I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights and I may say everything went great! The check-in process was smooth. The front desk guy Sato was amazing. He's professional and help us a lot and very friendly. The next day we met Rea, another front desk staff and she help us with all our questions about the city. She's very knowledgeable. She gave us some restaurant recommendations. She's always ready. Room: we stayed in a double room. The room is on the small side but I heard it's all the same all over Japan. One thing about Japan hotels and public washrooms it's very clean. My room was on the 5th floor 507 and the lay-out is different from my friend. I like my friend's room lay-out it gives you more space. All in all our stays are very good. Thanks to Sato and Rea for making it memorable

It's true that Hotel Sui Kanda by Abest is an excellent spot to stay. We would especially want to thank Ms. Rea, the hotel service member who helped us; she is incredibly polite, professional, and professional. She smiles while providing us with excellent assistance. Well done, Hotel Sui Kanda and Ms. Rea! Without a doubt, I'll return and tell my family and friends about this location when they go to Japan!

I wanted to thank all the staff I've interacted with for a very pleasant and memorable stay at this fine establishment. It is pretty easy to say that for my three-week trip in Japan, this was the best accommodation I was privileged enough to stay in. For any question or concern I had, the staff always acted professionally to help me with solutions. I wanted to give a specific shoutout to Rea for her kindness and assistance for questions I had, but make no mistake, I can easily say the same to anyone else, including the cleaning staff. I enjoyed the dining options available including free udon and availability of drinks to purchase, alongside free coffee, tea, and water. The location of this hotel is also a very short walk away to restaurants and Kanda Station. I do enjoy how it's located in a pretty quiet street and is perfect for business individuals and people who want something a little bit more low-key. Thank you again for a great and positive experience!
