Great service - the staff is outstanding. Very helpful and well informed. The location is very central to the old city - a short walk to the key sights and to the tram. The rooms are well designed but compact. The town is also ‘tight’ - if you open your window you feel like you might touch your neighbors. At this price point this is really excellent. But (for a *lot* more money - perhaps 5 times the cost), you can get a more spacious room in a hotel with either a view or a courtyard. The first room they took us too smelt funny, but they immediately gave us another room.

The courtesy and friendliness of the entire staff started from the moment of check-in all the way to check-out. The rooms were nice sized and well equipped for Europe. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The food and views from the rooftop Olive restaurant were spectacular. The location for tourism is just great for food and shopping. Will certainly recommend heartily.

The whole experience was wonderful. We enjoyed very much our stay there and, as selected, the location was stretegically optimal for our visits around the city. Breakfast buffet comprises a selection of delectable options. The room was atmospheric, spacious and comfortable with all that we needed. Service was seamless and everyone was attentive and kind. Clean and tidy.

Celebrated my 21st birthday here and it was amazing. Beautiful rooms, very welcoming service and thoughtful staff who presented a birthday cake to me during breakfast time which was really sweet and kind - thank you! Great location with many restaurants around to chose from. Special thank you to Hasan at reception and Arafa who really delivered exceptional and kind service.
