A very very clean hotel, no dust found! It comes with complimentary night robes and reusable indoor slippers. The hotel has coin laundry machines and a complimentary ice machine. The receptionists speak English. The room is small like a typical business hotel but it’s very comfortable. The price is amazing too especially for the location as it’s in the middle of the shopping district.

A nice hotel well placed for shopping and dining. English, speaking staff on hand, which is good since some of the room items are all in Japanese. It seemed nice until we got home after dinner to find some very chatty women had moved into the room next door and the walls were paper thin! We could literally hear every word of conversation and scream of laughter. They were obviously having a great time; unfortunately we weren't as we were trying to sleep before an early start the next day. It spoiled an otherwise reasonably good hotel!

Small but well furnished rooms. Great location. Too much automation, needs more personal service. The AC units are in Japanese which makes it harder to adjust. The wife hit the wrong button and nothing worked after that. Curtains didn't quite block out light so we were up earlier than I wanted. Nothing to do. Everything in the mall was closed until 10 or 11 it seems.
