Excellent little hotel. Clean, good amenities, central. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Lots of positives - wonderful restaurant - great choice of breakfast, freshly cooked evening meal. Reception staff always ready to help and advise. Danielle on the information desk does a good job. Cleaning staff do a first class job. Everyone so cheerful. Only negatives - some rooms noisy from the main road. I had a noisy room but after the first night was transferred to a much quieter one, this was dealt with efficiently, quickly and with no hassle. Also our party do suggest that to save any embarrassment the cleaning staff should knock on the room door before entering to clean.

Looks and smells nice also very clean. This hotel is located on the main street in Sorrento and it is very close to the center of the city. In the morning there is a buffet style breakfast which is delicious! The staff are also quite friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sorrento!

Wonderfully relaxed, all staff are a pleasure, food is great, views are fabulous and extensive. It's clean and run very efficiently downstairs cafe bar was lovely but never open. Rooms are a little old fashioned but definitely not unpleasant. Overall loved our stay.

Central location, train/bus station 15minutes walk. Port down hill walk lots of steps or take a lift for 1euro, walk about 15 to 20 minutes. Great shopping area at the hotel door pedestrian only mall with shops galore, restaurants, bars, everything. Fantastic at night its a buzz. Hotel staff great, breakfast can't fault it, room big and comfortable. The only thing stopping me giving a 5star rate is the tiny shower, thank God we are both slim people.

Staff, restaurant, food excellent. Room good,though dated, very functional. The hotel is minutes away from the main pedestrian area the central square, railway station and marineers. However, it is situated on a main road which serves many differing vehicles. Local hospital is near, so you can add in sirens to the mix. If you a light sleeper ear plugs are a must. Furniture movement on floors above a MAJOR irritation. Staff are diligent and will try to help. Beautiful terraced bar and Jacuzzi on the roof allow breath taking panoramas of the bay of Naples. Particularly spectacular when viewing a thunder and lighting storm.
