We spent 5 nights at this hotel and we had a great experience! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, Anna was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us a map and explained how to get around as it was our first time in Sorrento. We got the deluxe room on the first floor which had a small balcony with a view on Corso Italia, beautiful and room stayed very calm as the windows were double glazed. Air conditioning was great and the bathrooms very spacious. I would recommend booking through their website and not through other third parties as it was much cheaper for us. Very good value. Thank you!

I came with my girlfriend for a couple of days on the Amalfi Coast and fortunately we choose Palazzo Tritone, the hotel is located right in the centre, the staff is really friendly they offered us recommendation for restaurants and tourist attractions as well as help for direction every time needed. Therefore I called couple of days if it is possible to prepare a little surprise for my girlfriend in the room and they went all in. I fully recommend this hotel!!

I can't blame a hotel for having bedbugs, people must bring them in all the time. However, I can blame a hotel for their response to finding them. We spent a week at the Palazzo Tritone and on our second to last night my heart stopped when I saw a small bug on the nightstand. I've never seen a bedbug in person, but this looked about as obvious as I can imagine. Though the bed looked clean on inspection, the nightstand seemed to be where they were and it had a few more stuck in the wedges and telltale black marks on the back. I alerted the front desk and he agreed to move us to a new, larger room on the same floor. I left the bug I found under a glass so they could identify it later. The next day we asked about it and their response did not inspire confidence. Frankly, their response made me really mad. They told us they were not bedbugs and that they wandered in from the garden next door. They said the owner called the owners of the garden next door to take care of the problem. They offered no compensation except the bigger room for our remaining night. Again, they insisted they don't have bedbugs in the hotel. To me, that statement in and of itself shows they are not interested in telling the truth because they implied they are impervious to such problems. I'm not a bug expert, but I'll leave a picture of what we saw in the room and let you be the judge. If they had just been honest and up-front with us I might not leave such a negative review, but they refused to admit they even had a problem let alone offer compensation.
