This is easily one of the worst accommodations. I am a seasoned traveler and I know what to expect when staying at a budget-friendly hotel. However, this is next level… in a bad way. This hotel is cheap, but not of a great value. Everything is semi-broken; it kind of works so I cannot demand another room. For example, there is only one power outlet, which is very wobbly. I need to plug in at the right angle to get the power. The toilet flushes very weakly. You need to flush several times to get rid of things. The ventilation fan at the bathroom is broken. Thus, upon check-in, there is a hint of sewage water in the air. The shower booth is tiny. I cannot imagine how fat people would manage to squeeze into the space. The wall and door are flimsy. They let in pretty much all noise in the hallway, nearby rooms, and outsides. I was glad that I had nice ear plugs. Wifi is extremely slow. It barely plays YouTube videos at a very low quality. On a plus side, the bed and room was clean, except that there was some trash left in the trash bin. This so-called “hotel” made me think what has happened to Italy in these 2000 years. They used to build grand baths and fountains, but now even the toilets don’t flush well. I guess nothing lasts forever.

Obviously they improved things. Service is very friendly. Hotel and room is very clean and up to date. Noise was ok. Breakfast and lift I did not check 😀 Overall very good, cheap and central.

A few points to mention: - The room was really small. We almost didn't have space for opening our luggage - They enter the room everyday to sometimes replace the towels and make the bed (not so sure because everyday they did something different - They don't have a "Do not disturb" sign, so they'll enter your room everyday - The bathroom is super small and we almost couldn't fit in the shower. Be aware if you're a little overweight you'll have issues taking a shower - The shower doesn't have a good drain, so it'll flood and you'll have to take a shower almost in a swimming pool and be careful not to flood the entire apartment - The shower head was kind of broken and it splash everywhere - The room doesn't have enough outlets and we have to crawl under the bed to charge our phones - The air conditioner was filthy and it kept turning on and off in the middle of the night. Be prepared to be cold and hot for the entire night - The room was clean when we arrived (bed sheets and towels) - We had to manage to get the TV to work properly - The room key is huge, heavy and it won't fit in your pocket - The staff was friendly - No mini fridge

We booked the room a week before. We are a family of 4 They gave us a room in the same as reception that had a queen and 2 single beds. When we went in, the AC and the toilet wasn't working. After two attempts of fixing the AC, they changed our rooms to the third floor. Why give us the room in reception where both the AC and toilet wasn't working when they could have just given us the room on the third floor? Secondly, the elevator didn't work on the third floor as well. We were used to walking and climbing, so didn't mind the stairs. Thirdly, we asked for soap, and turned receptionist said it was in the washroom. It was a packet of shampoo used for soap as well. As I have a special needs daughter, this was very hard for her to get the soap out. For the price of the hotel, the quality didn't match the price. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
