Booked the triple room, 2 decks, the lower deck peeps had to be cautious of knocking your heads when assessing the inner amenities. Safe box in my room not functional. Different Staff gave varying responses when we asked to loan the vacuum cleaner to vacuum pack our clothes.

Good spot if you are looking to drop by Dotonbori frequently. The flaws: - The rooms were very dusty and the room cleaning service wasn't very good. - The slippers they offered were easy to tear and webs to your feet. - You also have to pay 100 yen just for laundry detergent. - Staff members seemed very hands off and were away from the desk before their 11PM front desk closure.

Location is good, being walking distance from both Namba & Nippombashi stations, as well as the famous Dotonbori area. Room is on the small side though & the window ledge was dusty. It was quite obvious it hadn’t been wiped in some time. Basic toiletries such as razor & toothbrush, as well as disposable slippers, were provided. One quirk of this hotel is that there is no front desk after 11pm so you have to use your room card to unlock the main door. Checkout was way too early for my liking at 10am, although there is the option of leaving your bags at the lobby.

This hotel has a unique cassete theme throughout the building (not so much in the rooms). Check-ins commences from 15.00 onwards. However, early visitors may leave luggages with the front desk untill check-in times which is convenient. The room it self is very mordern. It has quite alot of facilities and hidden storages despite being small in size (totally fine considering that this is Japan!). The bathroom is very cool, its got custom built in plumbing that work very well with the room's layout. Facilities included are as follows: - 2 single conjoint beds - 2 pajama tops - Complimentary razors, scrubs, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste etc. - 2 body towels and 2 hair towels - 1 mini fridge - 1 folding table - 1 medium sized tv - Wifi - 1 bin - Multiple USB charging ports - 2 night lights - 1 Hair dryer The lobby facilities: - luggage storage - Laundromats - Vending Machines - Rooftop Communal Area Staff worked very professionally despite the limited English they possess. They provided the best service they could in a very friendly manner.
