Room was very small (smallest I've ever seen) and the bathroom has probably seen better times. Elevator very cramped, I took the stairs instead. I skipped breakfast though I paid for it: to me even a supermarket provides better options, but there is a bakery where you can sit across the street. Location is great though and staff was friendly.

Stay away... The only good thing about this hotel is its location (very central). However, everything else is a disaster. The smallest room I have very stayed (and believe me I have travelled a lot), the worst breakfast ever (the bread or croissants were in cellophane) and the coffees were from machine... what else can I say... The best thing though is that it is pet-friendly, as you can see in the photo. I had to spend the night with the cockroach I killed after chasing it for a few minutes. When I told them the next day, they offered me to clean the room... I had to push them for a new room, and (what a great customer service) they took me to an even worse room. Both rooms were looking a dark skylight, many rooms do... I know it is cheap but if you want to spend more than a night you better choose one of the other hotels (of the same chain) in the lovely centre of Valencia.

I stayed in a a roo witj two single beds, that I put together. Location. Located near to the historical places. Walk distance to a local market and the underground (airport). Noise. Unfortunately, due to the building type, you can hear your neighbours. Luckily I stayed in room 205 windows faced walls, not Street. It was not the busy, low season, so I slept well. Single beds. I find it comfy to sleep on one of the.. stayed for one night only. Extra duvet provided. Air conditioner/heating provided. Shower. Good water pressure, shampoo, soap and gel provided. Might need better cleaning In My opinion, the hotel is doing its best Don't expect a highly modern design. The walls and the ceiling might look old, but the price was OK. If you are not looking for something fancy it's a good place to stay for a one-2 nights. Didn't take breakfast, because there are so many nice and good local café or restaurants.

We do not recommend this hotel as it did not provide an alternative when they didn't have room for us. We made a reservation through Booking which was confirmed and paid. When the guests arrived, they were told that there were no rooms available at the hotel for them, despite the reservation and payment. The receptionist told them to cancel the reservation through Booking and find another hotel, as they didn't have any other alternative. It was midnight and the guests were expected to wander in Valencia and look for another hotel in the middle of the night. The manager eventually got involved and only showed up 1 hour later, after we insisted that we would not cancel and find an alternative ourselves. He first tried to move guests around within the hotel to get the guests a room, which is also a poor solution, as it would mean that the guests would be provided a used and dirty room. In the end, the manager was not even able to find a used room. Luckily, Booking found a solution for us but we lost 2,5 hours of our time and, if it wasn't for Booking, the 2 guests would've been thrown out to the streets in the middle of the night with no alternative.

Good location but that’s about all that was good. The check in was confusing and frustrating. The room was dirty and dark, beds were very uncomfortable. There was only one outlet in the room and at a very weird spot. And we were not allowed to leave with our room keys we had to leave them with reception. I went to leave once and there was no one at reception so they locked the doors so I was stuck in the lobby for 5 minutes until someone came back. Would not stay again.
