From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the attentive and friendly staff, the check-in process was seamless. The room I stayed in was nothing short of exceptional. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding Sorrento landscape. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the charming streets of Sorrento. Hotel shuttle driver is a scam artist! We were waiting at the city bus stop for our bus when the Villa Fiorita hotel shuttle stopped, told us to “get in get in, no problem,” fast. When we arrived into sorrento, the bus driver hassled us for 5 euro which was ridiculous.

I love this place. Twice I have stayed here and will again. They make the best espresso and cappuccinos. The breakfast is well balanced with great tasting food. The restaurant is amazing. The rooms are spacious enough the shower sufficient in size. They have a great shuttle service to the downtown square. This is a great family business
