Location is nice, right by the water if your planning a lot of tours via boat, and it’s right by the main dock for the ferries. We only ended up doing a boat tour once so it didn’t matter for us, we walked up to the city Center everyday. It’s a long walk UP to the city Center but doable, I don’t mind walking at all. There’s shuttles that also bring you up for just over 1 euro which is always nice. We are a group of 3 couples in our early 30s travelling together. We really hated the washrooms. The showers were incredibly small, to even get into the shower the space is quite limited, so if you are a bigger person expect to squeeze in and ur body will be touching the walls. The walls have specs of what I assume is either rust or likely mold all throughout the washroom. I was very nervous just being in the washroom. The hair dryer in our room looks like one of the old vacuum hoses from a drive in car wash, very little power, but better than nothing (I’ll add the photo). There is a better hair dryer on the 4th floor patio washroom that gets hot with more power behind it. The patio is nice, we didn’t use the pool it’s not the vibe up there lol. Staff is whatever, they weren’t rude at all but they are not overly concerned with customer service or smiling and being welcoming, was certainly the vibe throughout a lot of places in sorrento, so it really wasn’t a bother to us. There was one nice gentlemen we saw in the hallway who was very pleasant having a conversation with us. Breakfast was not anything special, doable but not good. Mostly pastries and a little eggs.

The old man i think might be manager was absolutely rude. If you are a girl or group of girls i would not recommend staying here at all, he and his other worker friends will make you feel intimidated and scared. My sister ordered some food as she was not feeling well and wanted to stay in and when she went to go get it from down stairs was verbally abused by the man and told she is embarrassing them by ordering food. Never will stay here again. We also had to give our room key to reception everytime we left the room which we felt very uncomfortable to do as we had valuables in the room. 0/10.

Location was perfect! Bar was amazing and service was excellent! They have an amazing roof top terrace with pool and bar which were amazing! Breakfast was not so so great, so that was a disappointment.

We stay in this hotel using it as a base to go to different places. You can't beat the location. Less than 5 min walk to port, so you can catch early boats to Capri on Naples. Or about 15 min walk to Railroad Station where you can get bus to Airport or Amalfi Cost. 10 min walk to local beach. Our room was small and very basic (probably the cheapest one). Service was good. Great breakfast.
