Absolutely breathtaking place, the view more than beautiful, hotel is absolutely gorgeous, food is super 5 star , The view at The pool night and day is unexplainable! And unfortunately I forgot the name of the young gentleman who’s mainly running the restaurant area, he is truly give you a 5 stat service and make you feel very cared for ! He is trying his best all the time, from breakfast to dinner , no matter the time of the day , he is at his 100 percent all the time! He made our stay even more extraordinary! I think his name was Marcello! He makes this place an extra plus !!!!!We will be back for sure . One of the most beautiful place I ever seen! Rooms very very clean, slippers, robe and the most comfortable bed ever ! I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Wow the worst and the more expensive hotel I ever been,I pay 2400$ for night at this place And Wes so disappointed when I arrive,my room Wes so small I can’t even open my 2 luggage,the ac Wes broken and the hand for the balcony so if you go outside you can’t close the door what can bring so much mosquitoes to your room,the “ocean “ view Is someone roof,and the bed sheets are not clean and has cockroaches and the toilet smells like someone did his needs over there,this is not what you expect to get for this amount of money,this place is not hotel is A house with rooms and small table at the entrance,so disappointed it’s really make the end of my vacation with bed taste. More than that were not the only one that think like that doing the time were leaving a couple that left said “I can’t believe I pay for this place “ I really not recommend going there also it’s very far from the Main Street.

Prior to visiting, the concierge service was amazing and helpful with reservations, recommendations, and answering all our questions. When we arrived, there was a bottle of champagne and grapes in the room which was a lovely welcome and nice touch. The reason for the 3 stars is our room did not match any of the photos or descriptions in the website. The furniture was haphazard, in the way of other furniture and making it inoperable or plain in the way. I was not able to make it to the balcony without scraping my leg on the desk’s edges. Our room was in the second building and down the stairs across from the cleaning closet where a cart or staff were always in the hallway. I understand they need to do their jobs, it was just unfortunate being a narrow hallway. The cleaners came into our room every day, however some minor details really added up to make the experience lack. The first night the turn down service treat was an empty box on one side, making it feel like the previous occupants old box that they just put back. My pile of clothing were always thrown on top of my suitcase - even the wet shorts that were set to dry elsewhere and dirty items that were purposely discarded elsewhere in the room. Slippers and flip flops were available but no robes… Breakfast was plentiful and included with the room however the service was just ok; with us having to ask to have our order taken several mornings. Valet was 60 euros a night which we were happy to pay however the first time we asked for our car, the front desk told us we had to walk to a garage to retrieve it. For the price tag and 5 star hotel accommodations, I expected just that and was let down. My recommendation to future guests is to ask questions and to see photos of your room.

Wow!!! Where do I start, we are still on cloud nine from our visit in Positano Hotel Villa Franca. It was our 10 year anniversary and I wanted to have the best trip ever! HVA exceeded our expectations! First, with communication via email at first I was skeptical, but they responded immediately. Helping with all the planning for our dinners, room, car service to and from the airport, shuttle service, yacht selection, and even an upgrade for our room! They believe in serving customers to the fullest and all they want is to ensure the client is happy with a smile. Well, let's just say we smiled our entire stay for 5 days with them. They also had a DJ and live music every night, we danced away on the roof top pool deck. Best view in Positano!!!! The food was incredible and they made us feel SPECIAL on our anniversary. They anticipate every need; I forgot my readers, and they provided me with readers so I could read the menu! I was blown away at the level of service. Although expensive place, it was well worth it. We met the chef who came out and greeted us because we were so pleased with the cuisine. (We took a pic with him) Nice touch. We know cuisine living in Chicago and Los Angeles and they delivered! FRESH cuisine the chef takes pride in his food and we appreciate that. The entire staff was present available for any requests and every detail was so tastefully thought out. Beautiful modern Villa which we LOVE. Nadia, and the Operations director (DJ) :) a special shout out!! I forgot some of the names but everyone works so hard to ensure our stay was incredible and unforgettable. Btw we made it to Naples and had the best pizza at Vincenzo Capuano by the waterfront (suggestion from Operations director) Until the next time... Mr and Mrs. Saunders

Cute hotel but This was not a 5 stars experience. The staff was sweet but our room was below the pool area and every night we were bother by the loud music and also the noise of furnitures being re arranged for the next morning. It usually stops around midnight so if you want to rest that is not the best place to go. It’s 2023 and I think it’s time to think about sustainability. I found the breakfast system really not efficient because they’d just serve you a bunch of food you didn’t ask for without asking you anything. Such a waste of food. I can’t say much about the decor because everyone has different taste and at least they followed their theme but I found it vulgar. The shuttle service is good but one day the driver didn’t stop because « he didn’t see us ». Anyway it was good but not great so I don’t recommend it because I think it’s a bit pricy for what you get.
