While planning our trip to Positano we looked at MANY hotel options. We were SO glad to have chosen Art Hotel Pasitea. For starters the location of the hotel is extremely accessible, especially if you are using a car service. You can pull right up to the front of the hotel to be dropped off/picked up. The road is just a quick 15 minute walk downhill on the road (if you are trying to avoid the countless stairs) to the city center with all the shops, then just a few more minutes down some steps to the beach. The location also is near a pharmacy/convenient store, which we found ourselves at often to get forgotten toiletries and bottled water and an ATM to exchange or pull our euros. It is also a very close walk to some delicious restaurants that have fresh, homemade options, and are also more affordable than the tourist trap restaurants near the beach. Our room was clean and easily accessible by stairs or elevator. The complementary breakfast provided every morning was delicious and fresh. All of the staff were extremely generous, helpful, and kind. They made our whole trip easy and offered us many recommendations of activities and food. We would without question stay again. Bonus incentives for stay: they offer an affordable laundry service, beach towels are complementary, and language barrier was not a problem once so ever (for English speakers).

What an absolute dream of an experience! The staff was beyond kind, and so helpful. I communicated with them before the trip about reservations for beach clubs and restaurants (as many of the places do not have websites or emails so getting reservations was difficult) — they promptly responded and got everything booked for us. When we arrived, they walked us through a map and explained how to get everywhere and even had more suggestions for places to go. We ended up changing one of our reservations on the recommendation of Tony and did not disappoint! They brought our bags upstairs for us and walked us through the space. We had a PRIVATE hot tub (something we did not realize when booking) with STUNNING views. They had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in our room with a kind note for our anniversary. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was kind. Hotel Pasitea is an excellent example of what wonderful hospitality can do for an experience at a hotel. The room was absolutely lovely, but the people were even lovelier and that makes the difference.

Hotel Pasitea was recommended to me by a friend that lives in Positano. The location is great, central and close to restaurants and shops, a 10 min walk to the beach. My room had a spectacular view and Jacuzzi! The staff was friendly and professional, and I had the opportunity to chat with the owner, Gianmaria, who was a most gracious host. I already can't wait to be back!

Could not recommend this Hotel enough - had the most incredible experience with the kindest hosts. Their hospitality went above and beyond, the rooms were so clean and beautifully decorated and the view of Positano was breathtaking - overlooking the water and the scenic houses on the sides of the mountain below. Feel so lucky to have stayed at this gorgeous hotel, a special thank you to Mr Talamo and Franco for making our stay so memorable. It was the highlight of my trip!
