Great hotel, very nice decor! Nice staff all around. Loved this place. 5 stars all the way. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms. Really nice. The breakfast is good and the hotel amenities are spectacular. Would definitely recommend this place if you visit Warsaw. The decor and the materials used throughout look really good. Honestly one of the best I’ve experienced in the hotel industry.

The hotel staff at the reception refused to return the deposits ($200) for the two rooms that I rented and asked for an additional payment of $50, the reason they said was that I only paid for one of the rooms. They said that the new employee made a mistake and only took money for one room. I called the police and we looked at the cameras, it was not visible how much I put on the table as payment. I was late for the plane and the main manager said that he would sort it out, call me and send money to my card, but he didn’t even call back. These people spit on the hotel's reputation and their own; they are petty and cheap employees in an expensive hotel. They ruined the whole experience, if you want to be robbed and deceived then welcome!!!

Hotel that truly captures the essence of Warsaw. Cool, industrial, yet elegant. It looks very minimalist but at closer look there is amazing attention to detail. Especially in all the building materials used. Great breakfast too. Only thing I could wish for is perhaps some acoustic material in the breakfast restaurant as noise really bounces around.
