Extremely rude and arrogant staff! I spoke to “Roland” at their front desk who hung up on me and did not have the courtesy to answer my questions since we come with a baby and asked question regarding prepping baby bed. He got irritated and banged the phone. What kind of attitude is this? I called a few times back, but no one answered! Extremely disrespectful and disappointing! No sensitivity around family with babies/infants. What type of hotel is this? I hope your managers can read this review to rethink the values you impart to your staff! The staff like Roland, has forgotten what hospitality means and how to welcome customers. Highly recommend to NOT come to this hotel if you are looking for service and hospitality!

Great hotel for a break in Seefeld. Just a few minutes walk to the town and the ski shops and bus stop. Food was good but at times limited choices. What was available was really good. If you have specific dietary requirements you might struggle a bit. All staff were great and we were always well looked after at meal times and at the bar. Special mention to Suzi who was very helpful and went out of her way to look after us all!

The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. We did not enjoy the food, which was not tasty and often way too salty. Additionally, they charges 2 euros for tap water. The bar waiter was also occasionally very pushy and rude.
