Really dissapointed with the hotel. We had a group booking that they messed up and tried to blame us for, even though we had the confirmation email from Booking.com that showed we were correct. If you ignore this, because mistakes do happen, you can't overlook the state of the rooms and facilities. We paid €250 per room for one night - for that money you would expect at least a basic level of facilities. My shower did not connect to the wall, there was black mould on the ceiling and tiles, the toilet had not been cleaned, there was a stain on the bed sheets, the floor (carpet) had worn patches and stains and the room stunk of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking. Highly highly dissapointed and not only would I not recommend I'd actively tell people to book elsewhere.

Excellent location, next to Perrache station. Suboptimal rooms from 3 decades prior, clean "close enough". If you are staying for 1 night and don't mind to sleep like a spartan, stay. If you are staying for more than 2 nights, find somewhere else. The only thing nice at the hotel is the staff, helpful and happy.

I stayed here for 3 nights , and love the attention and help from the employees. They know how to treat gust well and are helpful on giving information on the best way to look at what you would like during the stay. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The lobby and breakfast area are very well decorated. Very well located next to the train-station very good for an early leaving for late night arrival.

Booked the hotel for a quick stay during a road trip. Very bad experience unfortunately. Staf not helpful, told us to bring a baby bed but didn't. When calling again, they told us to go get it ourselves at the reception. We had to install it ourselves - it was a broken babybed. Then they told us they did not have a bed (even though we called prior to ensure they had a baby bed which influenced our decision of course). Then they found a babybed that was okay (not very clean)WITHOUT A MATRESS. We had to be creative with pillows to make something that resembled a matrass for our baby to sleep somewhat safely. Terrible service. Also it was not clean, including towels. Rooms smelled like smoke.
