Very simple hotel, perfectly located near the train station and the old town. It's the perfect center for sightseeing. The staff is very friendly. The size of the rooms is not very big, but perfectly sufficient. The decoration is very charming. Only downside: Not much advantage as a diamond plus, compared to other Best Western.

I wouldn’t say a four star but a good 3 star. We didn’t even have curtains in our room so were woken up early every morning and not great for privacy. Rooms are clean but small. Bedding is basic and pillows cheap and thin. Reception very friendly and helpful but constantly having to ask for more milk as extra as they only provide one small capsule per person. Breakfast was poor, and we felt over priced for what was offered. What there was of the scramble egg had stale skin on it as it had been in there such a long time. Hot option was tiny hot dog sausages and stale cold scrambled egg. Nothing seemed to be refilled or fresh. Mini bar basic and despite advertising more purchases at reception available we were told there wasn’t any. I would say this is a good 3 star hotel. Location close to train station and walking distance to tourist sites. We did ask to upgrade our room and pay the additional extra but the hotel was fully booked. May be worth paying the extra if you want a 4 star experience. The room is small and basic but very clean with a good size tv and some condiments. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

The staff of the reception is not professional. They were not able to book a taxi van for 6 persons, and they just booked two taxi. When we found out this problem, the receptionist didn't want to solve the problem as he was blaming the taxi company. Another limitation is that not all the receptionists are able to speak English as expected by a Best Western hotel.
