This is a really good place to stay! 1. The rooms are really luxury, everything is almost new and very high quality. Very well furnished, with towels, tv, fridge, small kitchen. A lot of space in the rooms! 2. The prices are really reasonable, i would even say low for the quality we received. 3. Place is 2 min walk from a nice beach and an hour of calm walk to the city center of Split 4. The person who was providing us the keys is extremely kind person. He received our call in the middle of the night and provided us the rooms. He was available early in the morning and gave us a lot of help. He was available every time we were calling. Extremely good person! I can recommend it to everyone!

The host Katharina made sure that she was there to receive us at the apartment. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and equipped with all amenities. The apartment is sea facing and beach is just a three minute walk. The apartment to old Town split is a ten minutes car ride. Supermarkets and bus station is just 5 minutes away from the property. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Split. Great value for the money as well :)

Great modern hotel rooms right behind hotel Fanat. It really is only a one minute walk from the beach. Comfortable beds, large rooms, hardwood floors and marble bathrooms, air-conditioning, non-smoking, great prices, free parking, free wifi, and a balcony with small kitchen cooktop. This is not a typical hotel in the sense that it doesn't have a front desk, restaurant or anything other than great rooms at a good price. Staff is great. They meet you at your room for check-in any any time you need something like fresh beach towels. The Hotel Fanat restaurant and bar is great and just 50 meters away. A small market is just 150 meters away. Construction mentioned in other posts is complete.
