Pleasantly surprised!! We stayed here for an overnight stop on our way across Texas and picked this location for its convenience and the ability to have our dogs (at no additional cost). After reading the positive reviews we thought we would give it a try and I’m glad that we did. I’m not too proud to say that I’m bougie lol and super picky about my hotel room, if I feel and an ounce of grossness I have a hard time staying but I can assure you that this place did not give me that feeling. The room was very spacious and clean. The laminate flooring was nice to see since it is pet friendly ;). And the staff were very very nice. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Absolutely disgusting! Filthy room and the attendant was smoking weed when we pulled up. Now at 2am, after a long trip I have to find another hotel. Update: we have been informed that the money I paid for this room is "Non-refundable".

This hotel is pretty basic in terms of amenities, but for a quick stay it is definitely worth the price. I stayed here because it is one of the cheapest places to stay in El Paso. Usually cheaper comes with seedy characters and potential danger lurking, but thankfully not the case here. I noticed the clients were more business oriented and were workers 80% of the time. I would say less than 2% were less than desirable people. It probably helps that there is no pool. The room was spacious for the price and overall I would recommend a room if you need a cheap option. The front desk is 24hrs too, helpful.

Very disappointed at them this time. We have stayed here several times as we pass through El Paso on a regular basis. Arrived at 7pm on a Sunday night before thanks giving and they had canceled out room the hour before. Not something you want after being on the road all day driving cross country. Our CC which we had reserved the room originally had expired before our arrival date and when they tried to run it T 6pm it declined. We had planned on using a different card upon arrival and the online reservation system does not allow you to change the card. So arrived with no reservation. They had 2 rooms left (popular place/location) and we were able to 'rebook' bit they charged us 20 bucks more for the night. Captive audience. Disappointed treatment of a repeat client.
