Excellent value apartment in central location. Clean, quiet, spacious. Helpful and pleasant staff. Option of secure parking at reasonable rate, very useful in a city of high traffic levels.

We enjoyed our stay. 3 of us stayed in an apartment for 8-9 people. It was a great deal and cheaper than the hotels we checked. Very clean, spacious, good customer services. Location is nearby the train station and easy to walk to the center.

I recently stayed at the Apartments San Vincente with a group of six family members and had an excellent experience. The apartments were spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen that made it easy for us to cook our own meals and eat breakfast. The location was perfect - just a short walk from many of the city's top attractions, including the Central Market and the Torre de Serranos. The supermarket is across the street. One of the things we appreciated most about the apartments was the convenience they offered. With a full kitchen and plenty of space, we were able to relax and unwind in comfort, without having to worry about eating out for every meal. The apartments were also impeccably clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. In short, I would highly recommend the Apartments San Vincente to anyone visiting Valencia with a group. The combination of spacious, well-equipped accommodations and a perfect location make it the perfect choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. Wifi could be better. Only in the front of the apartment.

2 weeks before the arrival on booking two flats for 9 people at booking.com they send us an email to refer that group bookings will add 2000 euros per flat. We made reservations for two flats so equating a sum of 4000euros. They can't add this in the breakdown costs when doing the reservation so they decide to do this only after to run up a scam. They can include whatever information they want in the fine prints but this is changing terms and conditions of the time of booking so be alert for this or else they will try to rip you off. Problem was sorted with booking.com but this is unacceptable behaviour from the host particular since in a short notice it is difficult to find alternative accommodation. If they allow bookings of groups at the time of reservation they cannot change the conditions after especially when cancellation with full refund is not available.
